CREDIT CARD PAYMENT (Visa or Mastercard)
milano20121.com relies on Banca Sella’s safe services to manage credit card payments, guaranteeing maximum protection of customer data. The following credit cards are all accepted: Visa and Mastercard, PostePay card and BankPassWeb.
Transaction and credit card data are transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption directly on Banca Sella’s server, thus guaranteeing safety of data transmission according to banking procedures in force.
Total cost will be charged when order is forwarded.
COD PAYMENT (Cash on Delivery)
You may pay your purchase upon delivery.
Choose the ‘COD’ payment option when you order and the items purchased will be sent directly to the address you provide and you will pay the courier directly.
In this case the courier will accept only cash payments.
The COD payment requires an additional fee of €3,60. COD payment cannot be accepted for orders exceeding €500.
CREDIT TRANSFER PAYMENT
You may even choose to pay your purchase through credit transfer. It’s very simple:
Make your purchase on milano20121.com selecting the ‘Credit Transfer’ payment option;
Carry out credit transfer through your bank (banking details of milano20121.com are listed below), stating as reason of payment the order number that you will receive when placing the order;
milano20121.com will take care to ship the purchased items as soon as payment is confirmed.
Following a credit transfer payment (3-4 days are usually needed for the order to reach the bank), 3-4 days are required for milano20121.com to process the order.

With PayPal it is possible to pay for your purchases associating your account to a Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard credit card (or a pre-paid rechargeable card), or using your bank balance.
Registration is free and fast. The only requirement is an e-mail address that will serve to give notice of all transactions carried out.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on courier type and destination region.
Shipping has a fixed cost, regardless of number of items contained in the order or their value.
If you choose the COD payment, an additional one-off fee of € 5,00 is required in order to cover expenses related to payment collection on behalf of the courier.
DELIVERY
milano20121.com relies on Bartolini couriers when shipping in Italy and on UPS and DHL when shipping abroad.
Shipping time and conditions within Italy: the courier takes 24/48h, counting only working days, to ship throughout Italy. 24h for large urban centers and 48h for southern Italy, the Isles and small urban centers.
The courier will attempt twice to deliver the package: should the first attempt be unsuccessful, a notice will be left containing a phone number for you to call to fix a date for the second delivery. However, the courier will attempt a second delivery the following day.
In case of special delivery instructions, remember to include them in the notes concerning your order. These are always attached to shipping papers.
When placing an order it is always important to provide a clear address at which the courier is bound to find someone. You may provide the address of relatives/friends or your office.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as an order is shipped, milano20121.com sends an e-mail with courier details and the related shipment number so as to allow tracking the shipment’s progress online.
It is also possible to find shipping details, along with shipment number and link to shipment monitoring page, on your personal page in the ‘View your orders’ section.
RECLAIMING UNDELIVERED GOODS
In case of failure to reach the recipient at the specified address, the courier will store the package. In order to retrieve it or have it delivered, you must contact the courier directly or write to our customer service center.
